This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with attention to detail that made all the difference. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, providing great recommendations for local places to eat. I loved the convenient parking, allowing me to keep an eye on my car throughout my stay. Additionally, the location next to the canal created a delightful setting, perfect for evening walks.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is quite close to a tram stop, which makes it easy to explore the nearby areas. the hotel is also close to Black Lake, providing a nice setting for a relaxing stroll. it is very near the tram stop into Birmingham or Wolverhampton, making it convenient to travel to these cities.
The temperature in the rooms can be a bit inconsistent and felt a little cold for some guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Secondly, the rooms were consistently clean and the beds were comfortable, just as I've come to expect from this hotel chain. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning - it's in a delightful setting next to the canal, which adds a touch of tranquility to the experience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of my stay were enjoyable and I couldn't find anything that could be improved.

Location was convenient, nearby shops and restaurants and easy access to transportation. Room was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the surroundings. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on local places to visit.
My Christmas stay was ruined by the lack of heat in the hotel. Despite several attempts to get it up and running, the heating remained non-functional during my entire stay.

We had a great Christmas stay. The location was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The parking was ample, which was a relief during the busy Christmas period.
The room got quite stuffy during the night, and the small window didn't provide enough ventilation. We had to open the door to the hallway to let some fresh air in, which wasn't ideal for privacy or noise levels.
